"Julia provided some very interesting information with regards to my diet. My diet and nutrition is very important to me as a competitive downhill racer.
Prior to my nutritional consultation I had lost a fair amount of weight from the amount of training I was doing. I also found that I was lacking energy and seemed to feel hungry a lot of the time.
Since applying the principles from the nutritional consultation, I have found that my energy levels are more constant throughout the day and also seem to be able to train when I want and for as long as I want to.
My goal for this year is to move up into expert category and so far my training seems to be going well as I placed 15th in the BUSA student championships."

Being a mountain bike guide it's my job to ride day in, day out, I was having huge lows in energy levels towards the end of the day, generally crashing out as soon as I got home from a ride.
I am vegetarian so I am quite aware that I have to watch what I eat so as not to affect my performance especially when competing in the race season, and after sending Julia a food diary she analysed my habits and routine and got back to me with some extremely useful information
Now I have changed my meal times and changed several key foods in my diet and so far so good! I can ride all day with much less of a lapse in energy and at the end of the week I still want to go ride my bike!
