Eating and drinking correctly can have a dramatic effect on your performance in your chosen sport. Food and drink are the fuel and hydration that your body needs to survive – not eating and drinking correctly is like letting your car run out of petrol and water and expecting to still run.

You will have your results within 7 days of completing the food diary and sports questionnaire.
You should notice results immediately. Just starting to train fully fuelled will make a difference to your very first training session. You will then notice a knock on effect with your fitness improving as you train harder. You will be able to perform better for longer too.
I don’t recommend any supplements. Sports drinks and energy bars/gels are entirely up to you – they have their place in sports nutrition but you can get the same nutrition from food too.
Yes. It’s one of the biggest mistakes sports people make – they think that as they are active they can maintain their weight whilst eating what they like. This is not true. Depending on your goals we will design a menu plan for you and only you.
Yes. We take into account your specific sport and design the menu plan around it and your training.
Yes. Being vegetarian or vegan for that matter is no barrier to performing well at sport. We tailor the menu plan to take this into account.
