Personal Nutrition

We can only be truly healthy when we eat a diet full of the optimum levels of nutrients that our bodies. We also need to take regular exercise, not smoke and make time for relaxation to become happy, healthy people.

Our bodies can plod along with poor nutrition and will forgive you for a lot of food mistakes but it takes it’s toll - with frequent illnesses, feeling tired and irritable, digestive complaints and skin problems to name but a few.

Our Personal Nutritional Consultations not only tell you what to eat but how much and when too. We look at your individual goals; maybe you want to lose or gain weight, have more energy or have a digestive complaint. We will create a plan to help you achieve these goals and if you have a medical issue such as diabetes or high blood pressure, we can tailor the plan to help. With week by week motivation guides, menu plans, recipes and much more we take the strain out of attaining your goals.

We can accompany you to the supermarket to help you make sense of food labels with our Expert Shopper service. It’s a minefield in the supermarkets these days with labels claiming ‘low sugar’, ‘low fat’ and 'high' fibre but which should you be buying? We will spend an hour together in your local supermarket and will look at the products that you are interested in.

Make healthy eating a part of your life and your friend’s too by hosting a Healthy Eating Party. We will come to your house with a selection of healthy snacks and provide a talk on healthy eating for you and your friends.
