General 

By accessing any part of this site, or opening emails, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms in full.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any service provided at anytime.

Whilst Aquila shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that site is not unavailable at any time or for any period, access to this site may be suspended temporarily and without notice.

Purchasing Booklets

By purchasing a booklet we agree to licence 1 copy of the PDF for your personal use only. You may make a backup copy for your own use in case of data corruption or loss and may print a copy for your own use. You may not share, distribute or re sell the PDF or any of it's contents.

Registration

Registration to Aquila is currently free. We reserve the right to change this at any time. We also reserve the right to deny access to your account for any reason and are not obligated to reveal this reason.

Payments

All payments need to be made in advance of any advice being given or booklets downloaded.

Data protection and Privacy

At Aquila we believe it is very important to respect the privacy of individuals, and to make only safe and ethical use of the information that is provided through electronic channels.

Aquila needs to collect and use certain types of personal information. In addition, it may occasionally be required by statute to collect and use certain types of information to comply with the requirements of government departments. This personal information must be dealt with properly irrespective of how it is collected, recorded, used and disposed of - whether on paper, in a computer, or recorded on other material - and there are safeguards to ensure this in the Data Protection Act 1998.

Where we collect information we are doing so in order to offer you better services, both on the website and in the rest of our operations.  If any of the information we hold about you is inaccurate we will do our best to correct it quickly once you notify us. If you are a client you can update your details yourself online.

Some of the information you give will be held in databases and we will ensure that these are secure and can only be accessed by Aquila. You do not need to give any information to use the Aquila website. Registration is optional.

No information about you or your use of the site will be made available to any other organisation. We may, however, need to share your information with our service providers for the purposes set out in this document but we will ensure that it is protected. We may disclose personal data in order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

We regard the lawful and correct treatment of personal information as critical to successful operations, and to maintaining clients' confidence in us. To maintain our reputation and integrity as an open and professional organisation we need to be fully compliant with this legislation.
